MOB is set to face Skyforce in the finals of the 2013 Danny Espiritu Cup, using an 11-2 ending run to dispatch Sealions, 83-74.
Current PBA Draft prospect Jeff Viernes ensured their entry to the finals, leading MOB with 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Sealions, led by Egay Billiones, managed to force a winner-take-all after beating them 89-86, just fell short of their goal to make it to the finals.
The first two games of the best-of-three finals is scheduled on October 24 at 27 at the Letran Gym, and if there is a need for a decider, Game 3 will take place at the Lyceum Gym on October 29.
