I did stumble upon a great read by ESPN's Amy K. Nelson regarding the aftermath of the 28-out perfection that Armando Galarraga dished. And the act of sportsmanship afterwards.
Having been someone who has seen atrocious officiating over the years in the UAAP men's basketball tournament and having friends and associates who truly have the verbal pipes to accost such officials right there and then from the bleachers, reading about Jim Joyce is reflective and appreciative. One can only wish that the locals just man up and admit they were wrong.
