The 2014 NBA Draft is said to be the deepest in 30 years.

Thus you see the concept of "tanking" the season just to position themselves in snagging a potential top tier pick.

Now, a fan by the name of @kingchan on Twitter developed a website called Tanking For Wiggins (www.tankingforwiggins.com).

What does that site do? It basically tracks the league standings every hour and shows you which teams have the best chance of snagging the first overall pick, which could be that guy on the left, or could be his teammate Joel Embiid, or the guy he faced in Chicago, Jabari Parker, or someone from Cal's one-and-dones.

Also, it has a guide explaining which team owns which pick (and the conditionals), so you can totally mock how bad these kind of trades turn out to be.

Chan explained that he developed the site to track where the Suns (who are seemed to be too good to tank as of the moment) are situated (they're currently 23rd, but they also will pick 16th and 28th, thanks to deals with the Wizards for Gortat and the Pacers for Scola).

In addition, someone even took it one step further.

Tankathon (http://www.tankathon.com/) took what Tanking for Wiggins is supposed to do, and then added the element of the draft lottery. So people can actually do a mock lottery based on the win-loss records at the time, and see how it might go.

Mega-HS prospect Andrew Wiggins to Kansas

The next great high school prospect has a destination.

Canadian baller Andrew Wiggins made his decision to attend the University of Kansas on Tuesday, doing it in a no-frills ceremony that only had one member of the media, Grant Traylor of The Herald-Dispatch of Huntington (WV) invited.

The Jayhawks were not perceived to be the huge favorites to land the uber-prospect, as Kentucky, Florida State and North Carolina were also going hard for him.

Andrew, the son of former NBA player AND Ginebra import Mitchell Wiggins and Canadian sprinter Marita Payne-Wiggins, is the Gatorade National Boys' Player of the Year and is the definitive top high school prospect. He has a brother, Nick, who is currently an incoming senior at Wichita State, which is just over two hours away from where he will be playing college ball.

As noted by ESPN's Dana O'Neil, Kansas and Duke (where highly touted prospect Jabari Parker is headed) will be facing each other at the Champions Classic at the United Center on November 12. Other notable opponents sees them go to Gainesville to face Billy D's Gators on December 10 and host Georgetown on the 21st.
